This is a joint communication from Hydrafacial ANZ and High Tech Medical

Thank you for being a valued part of the Hydrafacial community. We truly appreciate your partnership and the incredible work you do every day delivering healthy, glowing results for your clients. 

We are writing to share an important update regarding Hydrafacial in Australia and New Zealand. As of 1 June 2026 (today), Hydrafacial is transitioning from a direct sales model to a local distributor. As part of this transition, High Tech Medical will begin supporting our customers across the region.

Importantly, almost all of the Hydrafacial team members you know and work with have transitioned to High Tech Medical. This means you’ll continue to be supported by familiar faces who understand your business and your Hydrafacial needs.

Placing orders from 1 June 2026

You can continue to place orders by:

• By calling 1300 309 233 (Australia) and 0800 888 135 (for New Zealand). These phone numbers remain unchanged
• Directly contacting your Hydrafacial sales representative
• Or by emailing [email protected] (the previous
  [email protected] is no longer active)

If you need assistance, our Customer Care team is also available on 1300 309 233.
